My Story

At How2EatWell, we believe that making small changes in your daily life can lead to long-term health benefits.

 

Stephanie Bedford BSc (Hons) PgDip RNutr founded How2EatWell in 2013 to help people achieve their health goals.  Stephanie is an award-winning Registered Nutritionist with a special interest in preventing type 2 diabetes and supporting women through menopause.

 

 Our online courses are designed to be easy to follow, and you can work through them at your own pace.

 

We also have a thriving Facebook community where you can join in the conversation on health and ask questions in a members-only environment.  Health and wellness tips are regularly posted on Instagram, so follow us @How2EatWell to keep up to date.
