Stephanie Bedford BSc (Hons) PgDip RNutr founded How2EatWell in 2013 to help people achieve their health goals. Stephanie is an award-winning Registered Nutritionist with a special interest in preventing type 2 diabetes and supporting women through menopause.
Our online courses are designed to be easy to follow, and you can work through them at your own pace.
