What does it take to put on a successful, online, Corporate Wellness Event? Well here is a behind-the-scenes shot of a recent event held for Tilbury Douglas. I like to stand up to present so my laptop and camera are at eye height. All my props and notes are set sequentially so I can demonstrate effortlessly. There is a lot of preparation before we go on air, as well as plenty of post-event support. I estimate that an hour's presentation will take at least an hour before and after the event. Corporate Wellness events are fun to do and the positive feedback is tremendous.
